Terms & Conditions for using www.anatomy4frcr.com

The Terms and Conditions set below governs your use of our website; by using our website, you accept this in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our website.

Registration

All candidates must register for the Webinar session in accordance with the fee structure set out on our website. Only one candidate can view and partake in a teaching session per registration. If there are multiple users / viewers sharing a common computer during a session, they must all ensure they have registered for the session individually.

We utilise PayPal as our payment processing company. Through PayPal we are able to accept major debit & credit cards. Once your shopping is complete, we will forward you to PayPal’s website where you can complete the payment process. You do not need to have a PayPal account to utilise our shopping bag system. You will be returned to the www.anatomy4frcr.com webpage when your payment portion is complete or if you cancel your payment. Please refer to PayPal’s Terms and conditions. www.anatomy4frcr.com or the parent company Ramraj Associates Limited are not responsible for disputes and claims made against Paypal.

Cancellation & Refund of Course Fee Policy

(a) Cancellation requested 1(one) month before Webinar session : 50% refund

(b) Cancellation requested 1(one) week before Webinar session : 25% refund

(c) Cancellations requested less than 1(one) week will forfeit the entire amount

All requests for cancellation should be made by email to contact@anatomy4frcr.com as soon as possible. The course organisers will not be responsible for late or non-receipt of cancellation requests. Cancellation can only be effected once the registration fee has reached the company bank account.

We depend on CITRIX and GoToMeeting to host the Webinar sessions. In the unlikely event we are unable to host a session(s) for any reason, we will ensure full refund of the course fee. We will not be responsible or liable beyond the refund of the course fee paid notwithstanding the disclaimers below.

Requirements for the Webinar Session

Registered candidates must ensure they have:

(a) Active and accessible E Mail address.

(b) Access to a computer with a stable broadband internet connection and microphone & speakers. We encourage you to have headsets with microphone especially if you wish to take the ‘Hot Seat

(c) Ensure the Webinar session can be accessed in a quiet and congenial environment to benefit the most from the sessions proceedings.
